Workforce Boost for Executel

North East communications specialist Executel has further expanded its workforce and recruited an additional two members of staff. 

Gareth Cleverly and Sarah Cooper have joined the Gateshead-based firm following a period of significant success during which Executel has been awarded Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status, become a Microsoft Voice Specialist and been officially recognised as a Mitel® Unified Communications Specialist.

Gareth, 29 from Gateshead has taken up the role of project coordinator for Executel having previously been employed by BT Global Services as a technical project manager, taking responsibility for the delivery of MPLS solutions.

Commenting on his appointment with Executel, Gareth said: “Joining Executel has been a breath of fresh air for me. It’s an exciting place to work with each day presenting a different challenge. This is great because it enables me to further enhance my professional abilities as I strive to perform and deliver Executel’s high standard of project excellence.”

Meanwhile Sarah, 27 also from Gateshead has joined Executel as a customer service coordinator after fulfilling the role of client relations executive for Alternative Networks where she handled customer complaints and disputes.

Of her new role within Executel’s customer service department, she said: “I am delighted to have joined the Executel team. My colleagues are all really friendly and the office environment is great. I’m thoroughly enjoying my new job and look forward to the host of challenges ahead.”
