On receipt of an order, a full audit of all lines and line usage is undertaken before an initial like for like transfer is carried out. It’s at this point that other providers will step back and let the service run its course, but not Executel.

From here, we continue to closely monitor each line for traffic thus separating those that are used from any that may be unused but still being billed. If no function can be found for a line, we will inform the customer accordingly and advise that it be cancelled in order to reduce ongoing line rental expenditure.

CASE STUDY

Executel’s Managed Administration Team discovered five lines on which a customer had no traffic and after thorough investigation, it was agreed that these lines should be cancelled. This resulted in an annual cost saving of £880 for the client.

Line rental saving of £880 is equal to 55,050 call minutes at standard local / national rate or an average 27,525
